First Step: Read about Ning and join one.

Ning is a wonderful platform for forming a learning community, but I think it essential to be active in one before you have a go at creating one for your school community. Immersing yourself in an online community gives you an idea of what is required to sustain conversations and a high interest level for your members to ensure return visits.

What is a Ning? How can it be used to form a Learning Community in your school and beyond?
