Evernote makes it easy to remember things big and small, using your computer, phone, and the web. Type a text note. Clip a web page. Snap a photo. Grab a screenshot. Evernote will keep it all safe. Everything you capture is automatically processed, indexed, and made searchable. If you like, you can add tags or organize notes into different notebooks.It's a cloud based application. You create an account, and can access it from any computer or smartphone, anywhere.

Slideshare You can use Slideshare to upload PowerPoint presentations. I often search Slideshare to find presentations about the latest technology offerings. You can learn a lot from the Slideshare community. An advantage of uploading a presentation to Slideshare is that you can track viewing statistics.

Voicethread
A VoiceThread is a collaborative, multimedia slide show that holds images, documents, and videos and allows people to navigate slides and leave comments in 5 ways - using voice (with a mic or telephone), text, audio file, or video (via a webcam). Share a VoiceThread with friends, students, and colleagues for them to record comments too.
Users can doodle while commenting, use multiple identities, and pick which comments are shown through moderation. VoiceThreads can even be embedded to show and receive comments on other websites and exported to MP3 players or DVDs to play as archival movies.
